Si quieres un iPad, cualquier iPad, puedes comprar uno nuevo por 349 euros. Pero si planeas ejecutar Photoshop, jugar a juegos avanzados o usar el lápiz de Apple, llamado Pencil, querrás el iPad Pro.

Apple ha actualizado su línea de iPad Pro con dos nuevos modelos: uno con una pantalla de 11 pulgadas y otro con una pantalla de 12.9 pulgadas.

Es la actualización más grande para la línea de iPad en años. Se acabó el viejo botón de inicio, que te lleva de vuelta a la pantalla de inicio. En su lugar, ahora desbloqueas el iPad Pro con tu cara (con el ID de rostro de Apple) y usas gestos para cambiar o salir de las aplicaciones.

Estos cambios han permitido a Apple hacer los marcos más pequeños, empaquetando las pantallas del mismo tamaño que los modelos anteriores en tabletas con un tamaño general más pequeño: la versión de 11 pulgadas es aproximadamente del tamaño de una hoja de papel de cuaderno, por ejemplo.

También ha habido un montón de otras modificaciones, como un cambio del cargador Lightning patentado por Apple al estándar USB-C multiplataforma.

Con estos cambios viene un aumento en el precio: ahora, el iPad Pro más pequeño cuesta al menos 879 euros. El modelo más grande comienza en 1.099 euros. Y ese precio puede dispararse si recibes toda la parafernalia, incluido un nuevo estuche para teclado, más espacio de almacenamiento y un módem LTE.
